should MPs work for their party or constituents ?
doesn't parliamentary sovereignty flow from the people ?
if MPs work for their constituents, why force them to vote with their party, or even the local party line.
wouldn't free voting deliver ;
- better leadership
- better legislation
- MPs serving the people and not their party?
